This paper deals with the exponential stability analysis of decentralized, sampled-data, Linear Time Invariant (LTI) control systems asynchronous sensors and actuators. We consider case where each controller in decentralized setting has its own sampling actuation frequency, which translates to asynchrony between Additionally, may be induced by delays instants update as relevant a networked context. The LTI system is represented feedback interconnection continuous-time operator an that captures effects delay.
